Round One Service (mid-January to mid-March)
This application is one of the key applications in the control of summer crabgrass. This fertilizer is to help the plant health while it is still dormant. Broadleaf weed control will help problematic winter broadleaf weeds.
Round Two Service (mid-March to early May)
The pre-emergent crabgrass control in this application will act as a booster shot to control crabgrass through the summer months.This fertilizer is a balanced fertilizer to maintain health while the turf comes out of dormancy. Broadleaf weed control is also applied to maintain control.
Round Three Service (early May to late June)
Fertilizer nitrogen rate is increased to maintain proper growth and recover from winter. This will feed the plant when its nutrient needs are at the highest.
Round Four Service (late June to August/September)
Fertilizing at this time is imperative for maintaining color and proper growth. Applying proper broadleaf weed control will control summer annual weeds.
Round Five Service (October/November)
Potash is applied when the turf is going into dormancy. This will help the plants root system and overall plant health. This is the first application of pre-emergent for winter annual grassy weeds.
Round Six Service (November/December)
This Is the required second application of pre-emergent to help control winter annual grasses. This application will be approximately 30 days after the Round Five Service.
Limestone With Micro-Nutrients (can be completed any time of year)
This application is done to maintain proper soil conditions. Broadleaf weed control is applied as needed to control winter annual broadleaf weeds.

Round Two Service (Mid March-Early May)
This application will maintain color or green and thicken if you missed the prior application. The pre-emergent crabgrass control will act as a booster shot to maintain control through the summer months. Broadleaf weeds are controlled again.
Summer Fungicide Program (Late May-August)
Three fungicide applications will be scheduled every thirty days starting in late May through August. Fungicide treatments will help control major damage to turf from disease such as Brown Patch Fungus and Gray Leaf Spot.
Grub Control Service
This application is applied in May through June. This application will provide control on turf damaging grubs for about three months. Application will control the early and late grubs.
Round Three Service (Early May-Late June)
This is a very specialized slow-releasing fertilizer that will feed the lawn through the stressful summer months when the turf needs it most. This fertilizer will not burn, produce flush growth, or promote disease. This product is the latest advancement in turf fertilizer.
Round Four Service (Late June-August/September)
This is a very important application for your soil’s health and condition. Soil condition plays a major role in the overall results you see in your lawn. This application is done prior to seeding to get the best results from germination and root development.
Round Five Service (October/November)
If you are seeding the lawn this application will help with germination and root development. This fertilizer formulation also helps the mature turf recover from the rigors of summer stress.
Round Six Service (November/December)
This fertilizer formulation will help develop a strong root system and healthy leaf growth in young and mature turf.
Round Seven Service (December-Mid January)
This application will help maintain growth and root development in young and mature turf. This application is often called a winterization treatment. Broadleaf weeds can be problematic at this time also.
