Trees and shrubs need special attention to stay healthy. Fairway Green’s tree and shrub maintenance program is designed to keep the greenery around your Raleigh home as healthy as possible.
Round One Service
- Deep Root Fertilization
A slow release fertilizer is injected into the soil at the feeder root zone. This fertilizer will feed the plant through the entire growing season.
Round Two Service
- Insect Control
- Disease Control
- Merit® Drench Insecticide
This application will start at or just prior to insect and disease activity. Late Spring Service will slow down the onset of these damaging problems while the plant recovers from winter and early spring stress. Merit® used on this treatment is systemic and will last 8 to 13 weeks. This treatment will allow Fairway Green to minimize insecticide use and maintain control over insect issues this summer.
Round Three Service

At this time insect and disease pressure can be very high and plants will receive damage if these pressures are not controlled. This application contains a contact insecticide and fungicide. Many people will lose plant material now and in the months ahead if insects and diseases are not controlled
Round Four Service

Insect and diseases will run on four to six week cycles. This application contains a contact insecticide and fungicide. Maintaining proper control will help keep your plants in good health during the summer months.
Round Five Service

- Horticultural Dormant Oil
This application will suffocate macro and microscopic insects, larva, and eggs to give you a more insect and disease free plant next spring. Horticultural Oils can help control some fungus problems.
